On the Friday as we were leaving for a weekend in Perth we had no hot water and a water heater unit isolated and declared dangerous by the Western Power call out crew late on Thursday evening. We passed on all the information to Emma fully expecting nothing much could be done until today at the earliest but thanks to Emma when we arrived home late last night we had a brand new water heater already installed giving us piping hot water.
