About Dolina
Dolina has lived in Geraldton her entire life, raising her two daughters here and building strong connections within the local community. Her career began with a decade as 2IC at a handbag and luggage retailer before moving into real estate, joining Geraldton Property Team as an Assistant Property Manager. After 18 months in that role, she continued to grow her skills at Professionals Geraldton, where she now manages her own portfolio of around 130 properties.
Dolina prides herself on building strong relationships with property owners and ensuring their investments are maintained to the highest standard. With a trusted network of reliable contractors, she acts quickly to address maintenance needs and is passionate about matching the right tenants to the right homes. She values the supportive, collaborative culture within the property management team and thrives on working together to achieve great results.
Outside of work, Dolina enjoys interior decorating, landscaping, and home improvement projects. At home, she treasures her four cats – including two much-loved pedigree Ragdolls.
