About Jess
Jess Wolfe is a fully licensed, unrestricted sales representative with Professionals Geraldton, and she's here to get results, not excuses. With almost four years across real estate in Perth and regional WA, she's seen property from every angle: prospecting, negotiation, contracts and settlement, and she brings all of it to every listing she takes on.
Jess reads contracts closely, knows exactly where deals fall apart, and negotiates hard for her clients. She won't shy away from the tough conversation if it means a better outcome, and she won't settle for average when your result is on the line.
She's also a firm believer that a property is only ever as good as the marketing behind it. Strong photography, sharp copy, and a real, active social media presence aren't optional extras, they're how a listing gets noticed and gets sold. Outside of work, you'll usually find Jess baking a batch of cookies, walking the coast, or at the beach with her two kelpies, Freddie and Winston. That same love of the Geraldton coastline is exactly why she's so driven to get the best result for the people calling it home.
